A Magic Kingdom kind of day.

Our first family day in the Magic Kingdom started with early Extra Magic Hours, so we were at the park by 7:15am. The weather was beautiful and we managed to ride heaps of the normally busy rides by mid morning with virtually no waiting.

We also met some of the characters too!

Unfortunately for me I had to leave them after a family lunch at Pecos Bill's Cafe, as I had to work in the afternoon/evening. They decided to head back to the resort for a swim in the pool and to have a rest before returning to the park in the evening, when it was cooler and slightly less crowded. Then they got to see the Main Street Electrical Parade and view the Wishes fireworks show from Main Street.

We had a Magical Day!
