Blizzard Beach

I have been a couple of times now to the Blizzard Beach Water Park. The slides are great and it is a lot of fun. The theming for the park is that a freak snow storm has hit the Florida area, so there are concrete snowmen and alligators in snow gear everywhere, and the slides are set up like ski or toboggan runs. 

The weather is really very hot and humid now, a lot like northern Australia in the wet season but it doesn't rain as much here. Fortunately it is still free for cast to go to the water parks, and will be for another week or two so I will try to go back at least once. I think I prefer Typhoon Lagoon to Blizzard Beach, as it has a lot more sand and a more relaxed feel about it, and it also has Shark Reef, where you can snorkel with small sharks (mostly grey nurse), stingrays and lots of pretty fish.
